While the hotel is conveniently located for trips to Dover, the corridors and rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. the nightly parking fee seemed unwarranted, given the location. a solid choice for a quick stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic breakfast that had a range of options. We also visited the charming seaside town of Whitstable, where the stunning views and fresh seafood delighted our family. The staff's friendliness made our experience even better.

In my wife’s opinion, the family room could be bigger to accommodate all our kids comfortably. A suggestion for improvement would be having larger rooms for families with more than two children.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a family room, although a bit snug. The chef went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, creating special dishes that delighted us. A bus stop nearby helped us explore the city, but check the schedule beforehand.

Immaculate room, friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent with my kids loving the crumble eggs. The hotel is conveniently located just a nine-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you into town.

the holiday inn express was a little gem. the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were super friendly, especially the chefs and reception team. it’s in a quiet location just off the A2, making it easy to explore the area. a standout for us was the excellent breakfast buffet, featuring a delicious fruit compote.
