This place suits me perfectly, providing amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and a bar area. The staff once helped me find great dining spots, which I still remember. Highly recommend it for a cozy stay! I’m coming back for Xmas.

Comfortable bed and spacious room, but parking fee felt excessive for a budget stay.

Accommodating staff greeted us promptly upon arrival, and the spacious room was remarkably clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring options like sausages, croissants, and Welsh pastries. While the hotel is conveniently located for trips to Dover, the corridors and rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. the nightly parking fee seemed unwarranted, given the location. a solid choice for a quick stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic breakfast that had a range of options. We also visited the charming seaside town of Whitstable, where the stunning views and fresh seafood delighted our family. The staff's friendliness made our experience even better.
In my wife’s opinion, the family room could be bigger to accommodate all our kids comfortably. A suggestion for improvement would be having larger rooms for families with more than two children.

Couple looking for a cozy break
The staff here were exceptional, really! ! Always polite and they genuinely wanted to help. Breakfast was solid, hot, and there when you needed it.
Wasn’t exactly cheap but considering the service, it was alright.

Comfortable Family Stay Outside the City
We enjoyed our two-night stay in a family room, although a bit snug. The chef went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, creating special dishes that delighted us. A bus stop nearby helped us explore the city, but check the schedule beforehand.

Immaculate room, friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent with my kids loving the crumble eggs. The hotel is conveniently located just a nine-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you into town.

We had a very comfy stay and I loved the clean, tidy rooms! 😊 Only downside was the tricky parking payment process. it was a nice experience!

missingWrote a review on 02 Julspacious accommodationsconvenient locationlarge receptionunwanted noise
Comfortable and spacious accommodations with excellent bedding in an inviting environment. Proximity to a BP filling station adds convenience for quick stops, and the large reception area allows for smooth check-in and relaxing spaces, including a bar with decent amenities.
The noise levels from the nearby A2 can be distracting, especially for light sleepers. The lack of a lift means dragging luggage up the stairs, which can be a hassle if you're on a higher floor. Breakfast variety leaves something to be desired with minimal changes during extended stays. extra parking fees feel unnecessary when the property has ample space.

The hotel’s lounge area was so cozy and inviting, like a warm hug on a chilly day. I felt instantly at home while relaxing with a cup of tea, surrounded by cheerful décor and friendly faces.
A lift for easier access would be lovely.
